02Purposes and Categories of Personal Data Processing
Data is processed strictly in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law to ensure secure, uninterrupted, sub-second live streaming, fulfill legal obligations, and manage broadcaster payouts. Identity, contact, financial/Sparks transactions, system logs, and audiovisual stream feeds are processed solely for these legitimate purposes.
03Transfer of Personal Data (Domestic & Cross-Border)
Pursuant to KVKK Articles 8 (domestic) and 9 (cross-border); data may be transferred to competent administrative and judicial authorities, payment gateways, and auditing firms domestically, and to edge CDN/cloud infrastructure providers (Frankfurt/Amsterdam data clusters) under Standard Contractual Clauses.
04Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected automatically or semi-automatically through the website, desktop/mobile apps, ingest APIs, streaming broadcast software (OBS/SRT), and customer support channels. Legal grounds: statutory explicit provisions, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate platform integrity interests (KVKK Art. 5/2).
05Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 Rights)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ascertain the processing purpose, know third-party recipients, request correction or erasure, object to automated profiling decisions, and claim compensation for unlawful processing damages.
